- The Organizers reserve the right to call off any race category in the event of insufficient participants. In the event of cancellation, participants may opt for a full refund or to take part in a different race category.
- All prize winnings are subject to Indonesian tax laws to be deducted at source.
- All prize money stated are in IDR and winners will be given in SGD equivalent, with applicable taxes deducted.
- Each Participant is entitled to only one prize-money award (“Prize Money”). Should the winning participant qualify for the prize money in a different race category, he or she will be offered the higher prize-money.
- Any appeal of disputes must be made on-site in person, within 30 minutes of the official published results or immediately after the prize presentation.
- The Organizers may subject prize winners to undergo doping test as per Indonesia Athletic Federation (PASI) guidelines. Prize money is subject to the completion of doping test if required by the Organizers.
